Had a chair and couch that was damaged after a little less than a year and it wasn't able to be repaired so they replaced it with a couch and chair of equal value with no issues. I highly recommend getting their protect it plan on anything you buy to save you any hassle. Not that you'll get any from their manager. He's willing to do what's possible to make it right for the customer and that's always a plus!
